Chas Herrin is seasoned business leader who turn ideas into successful companies.
From his work as National Director of Sales and Business Development for Improve Group in Denver, to serving as the Major Account Manager with Ricoh USA Inc., Herrin has added value to companies with his leadership skills, negotiation tools and emphasis on customer service.
Herrin’s career spans a wide range of roles in organizations from Global Fortune 500 companies to Start-Ups. He has held positions in Finance as a Registered Representative including roles in Equity and Options Trading, Trading Technology Development, Risk Management, Mortgage Banking (Charles Schwab, PlainsCapital Bank, PNC Bank). He has excelled in roles in Sales and Sales Leadership in Legal Technology (Ricoh Ltd.) Business Consulting, and Capital Equipment Sales (National Director of Sales – Improve Group). He has also spearheaded Start-Up ventures and worn many hats in Product Development, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales with Start-Ups.
As National Director of Sales and Business Development for Improve Group, he led and grew a sales force that provided elegant and straight-forward solutions. Herrin also managed exponential revenue growth YOY and developed scale-able business systems and teams.
As VP of Business Development at Corn Board Manufacturing, Inc., Herrin guided in all aspects of the transition of CBMI from a start-up organization into a revenue-producing manufacturing and production company.
Herrin also managed Marketing and Investor Relations for Megastar Financial Corp, one of Colorado’s largest privately held mortgage companies. He managed pricing models for over 35 production offices and and loan sales of over $1Billion in loan origination.
